SMS / text messaging
If you opt in to receive text messages from Everyday Vet, we (and our messaging providers, which may include Twilio and our IT partner Dorky Robot LLC operating Kita/levee on our behalf) process your phone number and message data to deliver those texts and honor your preferences.

- Consent to text messaging is not a condition of receiving veterinary care or making a purchase.
- We do not sell your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We share information with service providers that help us operate (hosting, practice software, and SMS providers), when required by law, or with your direction. We do not sell personal information.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing described above. This information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
