These Terms govern use of everyday.vet and related Everyday Vet LLC services.
Services
Everyday Vet LLC provides veterinary services including virtual consultations in Ohio and select house calls in Greater Cleveland, as described on everyday.vet.
SMS / text messaging terms
By giving Everyday Vet your mobile number as a client (on our intake form, through Dogtopia's sign-up at dogtopia.everyday.vet, in person, or by phone) or by texting us at (216) 999-5420, including texting START (details at https://everyday.vet/sms-opt-in/), you agree to receive texts from Everyday Vet, sent or scheduled by our staff, about appointments, reminders, care follow-ups, and replies to your questions. We do not send marketing texts.

- Consent is not a condition of purchase or care.

Your consent is to Everyday Vet LLC and to service providers acting on its behalf, not to a particular telephone number. If we change the number we text from, your consent continues, and we will tell you before we do.
IT / platform providers
Everyday Vet may use technology partners (including Dorky Robot LLC / Kita) to operate messaging and practice tools. Messages are sent on behalf of Everyday Vet LLC; Everyday Vet remains the sender brand.
